I’m Val — and if you’re here, I want you to know you’ve found a safe and fun space. I created Sweat & Sex because I was tired of the BS: the impossible beauty standards, the “shrink yourself” culture, the silence around sex and confidence.

I am passionate about helping women and girls reconnect with their bodies, their stories and their voices. I believe that honest conversation and movement are medicine - that when we stop performing and start being real, we find freedom. I care deeply about creating spaces where honesty replaces shame, laughter softens the hard stuff, and every woman feels seen and safe to be herself.

I am especially passionate about bridging generations - opening up the conversations between mothers and daughters that often go unspoken but are so needed. At my core, I believe that we are created for connection, that truth heals and that Living In - Powered - from the inside out is the most beautiful thing a woman can do.

I want women and girls to know they’re not alone - not now, not ever. We’re in this together.
