Our mission is simple: to see young girls Living In-Powered - from the inside out, knowing their worth, using their voice and owning their power.
We know what today’s culture is feeding them — flawless filters, fake perfection, and endless messages that say you’re not enough. We’re here to change that story.
The Real Girl Project opens up honest, judgment-free conversations for girls aged 11–18 around physical and sexual health, body confidence, relationships, consent, and self-worth.
Here, we talk about what’s real — not what’s filtered. We call out the impossible expectations and remind every girl that Beauty Standards are the real B.S.
We also talk about the importance of knowing your body, trusting your instincts, and understanding that you get to call the shots when it comes to your body, your boundaries, and your choices. We believe that every girl deserves to self - discover, not be told who to be.
Our community is built on truth-telling, laughter, learning, and connection — between girls, mothers, mentors, and women of every age who remember what it’s like to be her.
Through workshops, interviews, storytelling, and movement, we help young women feel at home in their bodies, confident in their voices, and powerful in their choices.
Because when a girl learns to live In-Powered — from the Inside Out, she doesn’t just change herself — she changes everything.
